I stay almost always at a Hilton property when I travel and this last minute trip was no exception. I booked the room in a rush. When ones rushes, mistakes are bound to happen and one did. I booked the wrong date. I booked it for that day. Not the next as needed. Later that day I got check in notification and so I did - picked my room and everything. All’s good. Nope. The next day (the day I actually needed to check in) I got a notice it was time to check out. Wait. What? I wasn’t there yet so why was I checking out? Oh crap, I booked the wrong day. So, I called the hotel and spine with someone and told them the issue. He said he would have to check with his mgr. Long story short, there was a breakdown in communication as I could not understand his accent and we just went round and round. About an hour later, I got a call from a lady who asked what had happened. She I understood and explained again. She understood the error I made and fixed the issue. I understand that I made a mistake and they did not have to fix it, but I appreciated the help. As for the hotel and room, great. It must be newer. Or exceptionally maintained. Good a/c, usual HI breakfast buffet. No surprises. And several restaurants in easy walking distance. Certainly will stay here next time in town.

The hotel fraudulent charged me $900 for a damaged TV. They have repeatedly lied, been rude,.and refused to provide evidence or a receipt. DO NOT STAY HERE. The manager Ami Patel is a scam artist.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh as well! Great location, with several fast food restaurants in walking distance. Plenty of parking available. Close to the freeway with easy access to surrounding suburbs.

We have stayed here in the past with no issues but this last stay 8/20-8/22 will be the last. We came into the hotel around 10pm after grabbing dinner and went to bed. Sometime during the night someone managed to pop our bed cover and tail gate open even though it was locked. They stole our tail lights and every tool we had in the bed of our truck. Total damage/stolen tools is around $10k. There’s security that drives around the parking lot but don't let that fool you, they’re not hotel security just someone the city asks to drive through the parking lot to deter thief’s. Obviously it doesn’t work considering we didn’t see anyone that night and no one came in to the hotel to report a break in when clearly you could see wires hanging where the tail lights should’ve been and the tailgate wide open. The front desk said the only thing they could do was have me fill out an incident report for the hotel and I had to call the cops. The cops refused to come out and said we had to file an auto burglary report online. Management said they have cameras but they only hold 15 days of footage so hopefully the detective comes to collect before then otherwise it’ll be gone. So a word to the wise, stay here at your own risk. Seems in the past 90 days they’ve had tons of theft issues in this area.

General Manager Shannon Murray and Owner Sam Patel are utilizing deceptive methods to operate this facility. The Hotel website clearly states that they accept cash. The refused to accept cash despite me have a major credit card on file. They claimed it was a security policy, however the clerk at the time of check out informed me that she would " break the policy " for me. This was after I requested the policy of not taking cash in writing. I attempted to address solve this issue with Shannon and she informed me that I was " banned " from the hotel. I reached out to the owner and ask for an explanation and he declined.
